I run a Bootcamp on Plymouth Hoe every month. My monthly Bootcamp in Plymouth Devon comprises 4 weeks of bootcamp classes, which are held 6 days a week from Monday to Saturday.
Bootcamp times are 6:30am or 6:30pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, 6:30pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and Saturday mornings at 9:00am.
The new Plymouth Hoe Bootcamp membership includes Unlimited Bootcamp Classes with a choice from an amazing 9 bootcamp classes per week.
Each bootcamp session is designed to give you a full body workout for maximum muscle tone and fatloss. I incorporate resistance bands, light kettlebells and also boxing circuits. Each 1 hour exercise class is varied so that the sessions are fun and enjoyable.
Plymouth Hoe Bootcamp sessions are suitable for beginners and intermediates, as I often give a choice of harder and easy exercise options.
I am now doing my 4th Bootcamp, and am really enjoying the varied exercise regime. Paul will motivate and encourage you to get the best results, but is realistic in his expectations. I have lost a stone and a half since starting in April, and if I can do it anyone can! My body shape is changing for the better and I feel so much healthier, and have more energy. Highly recommend Paul and the bootcamp.
